Maroon silk brocade pillbox hat with gilt thread Chinese character, mirrors, rosettes, and tassels. See 1987.023.011. Same except wide band is maroon silk satin. Top narrow binding is pink and yellow. Bottom binding is blue. Center pompom is missing. Proper left pompom is yellow. Proper right pompom is green, yellow, and pink. See round paper box with lid - 3 hat boxes came with the accession. Since they were in very bad condition, only 1 has been kept, plus a piece of writing from one box. Stored on HAT 3B.
