Possibly made by Kim Man Ng, an artist/scholar ranked 18th national artist of Korea, in the 1980s. Artwork includes cranes and peaches, symbols of longevity and fertility. This is a 6 panel, 6' high, hand painted on mulberry paper and mounted on silk. The painting depicts the Korean symbols of Longevity, painted in a Shamanism "folk-painting" style. These symbols are pine tree, sun, crane, water, clouds, mountains, deer, mushrooms, turtle, and bamboo. A list of these symbols with their meaning supplied in separate document attached.
