Summary
A drunken self-styled "Paul Revere" rode his horse throgh a Seattle neighborhood warning of a Japanese aerial attack, but he had disappeared by the time sheriff's deputies arrived. In another case, a drunken man destroyed several windows of a Chinese laundry after he believed that it was owned by Japanese. He was arrested.
