Summary
A federal grand jury was informed by the FBI that two Japanese American businessmen, Edward Y. Osawa and Charles T. Takahashi, were in the process of shipping fuel tanks to Japan, and had done so previously, but there was now a ban on such activity. Also indicted were attorneys Kenji Ito and Thomas Masuda for failing to register as agents of Japan.
