Formerly Second Secretary to the British Legation in Japan, with illustrations Prawn and Cat on wood by Japanese Artists, Macmillan and Co., Limited St. Martin's Street, London 1910." Page edges are dirty, stains on front and back. Cover is frayed at corners.
