This is a Buddhist tract originally published in the late 19th century, and frequently republished since and distributed for free, financed by charitable donations. This edition was printed in Hong Kong sometime in the late twentieth century; a preface is dated 1979. It is divided into three parts: 1. Awakening of the faith; 2. The establishment of hope; 3. The Promotion of practice. It was published under the auspices of the Shifang DaFo Temple (Sap Fong Daai Fat Zi) in Hong Kong. It was acquired in Hong Kong in the 1970s.
