There are a few people standing in the outer two doorways. The photograph includes only the first story of the building. A long horizontal banner with Chinese characters hangs along the width of the building. A smaller horizontal banner with Chinese characters and two images of the Mason's symbol and 2 vertical banners with Chinese writing hang on the right side of the building. They frame two windows flanking one of the doorways. Other United States and Chinese Nationalist flags and semicircular flags hang along the building front. The men wear suits and the women wear dresss. The bottom of the Photograph has "Chinese Free Mason 15th National Convention, Portland, Oregon, 1958" printed in white. The back of the photograph is stamped with "Delano Studios, 1536 S.E. 11th Avenue, Portland, Oregon".
