There is a clock on the right and two large framed signs with Chinese calligraphy. There is bunting on the wall and streamers extending to chandalier in center, white Chinese characters on bottomof photo : "March 2nd, 1929, Toi San Ning Young Family Benevolent Association in Portland, Oregon". The photo is glued to dark grey mat with black border. On the left and right of the mat are black Chinese characters " This photo is presented to Seattle's Ning Young Family Benevolent Association by Portland's Ning Young Benevolent Association" On the back of the matting are squares drawn in ink.
