    Street Art vs Vandalism!

    Street Art:
Has empowering meaning which inspires others to do right. Also has a purposeful meaning!

    Vandalism:
Although it can be street art, there is no need for it and defaces property along with no inspiration

Street Art: Art that is made in a public place

Vandalism: A characteristic of the Vandals who sacked ancient Rome in the 3rd and 4th centuries, Vandalism is the deliberate mischievous destruction or damage of property.
