Dr. Woo was a physician of traditional Chinese Medicine in Seattle Chinatown. He was one of the founders of Luck Ngai MusicalSociety and also a celebrity in local Chinese American community. In 1999, the Wing Luke Museum received thedonation ofDr. Woo's collections of Cantonese opera, including letters, advertising flyers, notebooks,posters, programs, tapes, transcripts and magazines.

The Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience collects and preserves artifacts, photographs, archives and oral histories pertaining to the history, culture and art of the Asian Pacific American community.
