Piece of material, possibly for making the flag of the Chinese Republic. 5 horizontal bands of colored cotton fabric. Red for Manchuria (4 1/8" wide) Yellow for China (3 1/2" wide) Blue for Mongolia (3 3/4" wide) White for Moslems (3 3/4" wide) Black for Tibet (3 3/4" wide)
